- Sasquatch Spot may allow users to create accounts, track discovered Sasquatch Spots, collect digital badges, unlock offers, view location history, or access other account-based features. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate records and reliable access to account information, Sasquatch Spot does not guarantee that any user data, discovery history, rewards, badges, offers, rankings, account progress, or other stored information will always be available, accurate, complete, or preserved.
- Users understand and agree that account data may be lost, altered, delayed, unavailable, or removed due to technical errors, database issues, software updates, service interruptions, security concerns, user error, third-party service failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Sasquatch Spot is not responsible or liable for the loss, deletion, corruption, unavailability, or inaccuracy of any account data, including but not limited to discovered Spots, collected rewards, redeemed offers, badges, rankings, points, photos, account history, or other user activity.

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, reset, remove, or discontinue any account feature, tracking feature, reward system, offer, badge, leaderboard, promotion, or digital collectible at any time, with or without notice. Participation in Sasquatch Spot does not create any ownership right, cash value, transferable value, or guaranteed entitlement in any digital record, badge, reward, offer, or account-based feature.
